they have something called laser hair removal, its not very expensive, it does depend on how much hair needs to be removed though. For example, upper lip would probably run you about $50-$100 or so. I found that some Dr's that practice ob-gyn have been doing it for extra cash! ask around or look it up on-line, but most plastic surgeons do it.
