well you can wait till you get older and become bald - or the only method of clinically proven permanent hair removal is electrolysis. Some lasers and flash lamps have been able to achieve permanent hair reduction but ti's mostly made for people with dark hair, and you can wax it - but that last only a certain amount of time and you have to keep doing it, though waxing thins the hair it needs to be repeated over and over. No method is 100% effective in all clients, but the best method out there is electrolysis - hopefully this helps :]
