I've read up on laser, electrolysis and radio frequency....has anyone actually had any of these(or others that I may not know about) procedures done, how were the results? Any advice would be appreciated.

Laser hair surgery works the best. I got it on my arms and it just feels like a rubber band gently snappign on your skim. It takes a few sessions to get it premanently remobed but it will work
